Article 1. Introduction and Scope of Application

This Service Agreement governs all transactions of LiveDropSA, a company based in Belgium, located at Av. de l'hôpital 11, Liège 4000. It applies to the sale of products and services offered by LiveDrop SA. ThisAgreement applies to all offers and sales of products and services provided byLiveDrop SA, regardless of the mode of communication used, including transactions conducted through the company's website.

Article 2. Buyer Representation and Responsibility

The sale of products and services by LiveDrop SA is exclusively reserved for professional use, including laboratory research.Buyers confirm their professional status and agree to utilise purchased items solely for professional purposes in compliance with this Agreement. If you create an account on our site, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and agree to accept liability for all activities conducted under your account. LiveDrop SA reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or modify content at its discretion.

Article 3. Entire Agreement and Retention

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding betweenLiveDrop SA and the Buyer, superseding any prior agreements or communications.It may only be modified with the explicit written consent of LiveDrop SA. TheBuyer is advised to retain a copy of this Agreement, whether in physical or electronic form, for future reference.

Article 4. Offer Acceptance and Delivery Conditions

Verbal orders will only be considered if confirmed in writing or placed online according to LiveDrop SA's instructions. The Seller must confirm orders in writing within a stipulated timeframe for them to be binding. Delivery terms are defined as DAP - Buyer's warehouse ( Incoterms 2010 ) unless specified otherwise. Additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the Buyer shall be borne by the Buyer.

Article 5. Product Ownership and Descriptions

All items purchased from LiveDrop SA are subject to a shipment contract. This means that risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. While we strive for accuracy, LiveDrop SA does not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on this site are error-free. If a product does not meet its description, your sole remedy is to return it unused.

Article 6. Intellectual Property and Trademark Usage

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of LiveDrop SA or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
