ModaFlow™ enables rapid and automated functional single-cell analysis by combining droplet microfluidics with high-throughput fluorescence screening. Individual cells are encapsulated together with the appropriate assay components, incubated to allow functional responses to develop, and subsequently screened and sorted to recover the most relevant cells for downstream analysis.
