Cell culture media to boost cell spheroids formation

When comparing two different cell lines, we noticed that under normal conditions, cell line A tended to form loose aggregates, whereas cell line B produced compact spheroids. However, by utilising our optimised cell culture medium enriched with specific additives, we successfully generated well-defined and resilient spheroids with cell line A.
